This guitar, which is also known as the world’s most expensive acoustic guitar, is a true connoisseur’s instrument. Vetements just dropped a new cardigan that is essentially a replica of the one Cobain wore during Nirvanas historic MTV Unplugged session. Left in its original, unwashed state, the fuzzy drab-green cardigan is a blend of acrylic, mohair and Lycra and is riddled with grungy details like a cigarette burn, a missing button, and stains near the pockets and at the neck. The acoustic guitar (Martin D-18E) that Kurt Cobain used in his final album sold for 6 million (excluding fees) at a Julien’s auction.
